1. If refrigerant leaks, check for leaks and repair them;
Refrigerant leakage will cause the cooling capacity to decrease, the cooling speed will be slow, and in severe cases, a low-pressure alarm will occur and the machine cannot be started. Polycold refrigerant leakage is a common failure of this equipment when dealing with this failure.

When checking for leaks, it is easy first and then difficult, first outside then inside;

2. System maintenance
After Polycold has been running for a long time (usually two years), the system pipelines will become more or less contaminated. In severe cases, it will lead to unstable operation of the equipment and a decrease in refrigeration efficiency.
Maintenance of Polycold is to ensure that Polycold is in good operating condition and provide controllable guarantee for production.
The main tasks of Polycold's major maintenance are to clean the system pipelines, replace the compressor refrigeration oil, and deal with minor faults that occur in daily operation;
3. Compressor failure
